I’ve set the module to PCIe RC mode and powered down by AT commands, then it cannot be brought up. Tried connected directly via m.2 port and a USB dongle, either way the module is cold, perhaps not in proper working status. Besides, the pcie or usb ports never showed corresponding device or connection event after the setting. Is there anyway to reset the module by connecting pins or what?

What is the current version? Which at command did you use to restart? Have you tried restarting manually?
RM520NGLAAR01A05M4G, as the manual recommended not to use AT+CFUN=1,1 to restart module in PCIe mode, I powered off the module by AT+QPOWD. I’ve tried to detach the module from M.2 socket and re-connect, and power it up, none of these worked.
