RM520N-GL can only see at port no other portal are visible in device manager

Can any one tell me why i can see RM520N-GL at port no other portal are visible in device manager. Could you please help me on debugging this

Check with

AT+QCFG="data_interface"
AT+QCFG="pcie/mode"

solution is AT+QCFG="usbcfg" command enable/disable the respective COM ports
