RM520-GL fails to open any conection

Hello.
I was purchased a RM520N-GL with waveshare ethernet to m2 adapter.
I have a problem to stablish conection, I can’t make ping and I can’t open a conection.
What is wrong?

For TCP, please confirm the PDP context was been activated.

Please the response of cops, the devices had registered in SA.
