Hi , What is the difference between RM510Q & RM502Q ? Both CAT 20 & 5CA?

I notice different model for RM510Q :
RM510QGLHA-M20-SGASA & RM510QGLAA - M20 - SGASA ?

What is the difference here ?

Is rm510q in Production stage or still in ES1 & ES2 ?

Does all parameters are same(Including mechanical dimensions and all)
for both module(RM510QGLHA-M20-SGASA & RM510QGLAA - M20 - SGASA ) except Power of mmWave Antenna unit?
