RM510 getting error on At+cfun=0 and At+cfun=1

Hi team ,

we are using , EVB board of RM501 module . when trying to unlock the BB and RF getting an error as below . can you please help me on this query?

Can only the above “AT Command” not be executed, and can other “AT Command” be executed?This unusual event has so far rarely occurred.If the other “AT Command” are not executed, there may be an exception with the modem version.
