The latest firmware of the R11 baseline has been sent to you via email. As for the firmware of the R05 baseline, I haven’t found it. Perhaps it hasn’t been released yet.

Yes, this is a particular project, but Quectel’s client (Casa Systems) went bankrupt leaving a bunch of Canadians with e-waste on their property :
Other users (and aliexpress sellers) managed to load RM502QGLAAR11A02M4G_01.001.01.001. I intend to go that route, If you have any other (better) suggestion to prevent sending a perfectly working modem to the landfill, please tell me.

Actually, I don’t have any better suggestions for this module.
But you can try to backup QCN before flash standard firmware, it still have risk, do you accept this?

Thank you @silvia , for the QCN backup suggestion. I have been buried with work and have not yet taken any steps reprogramming.
As for the risks, in this case, there are none… Either I can flash another firmware or the whole thing stays e-waste.
