RM502Q Firmware, Logging, and Capture

I have a RM502Q-AE module on a Sixfab 5G module.

I’m using the module with an opencell sim and attempting to connect to an open air network implementation. I need RM500QGLABR11A06M4G firmware or later. Is version equivalent between RM502Q and RM500Q modems? I currently have RM502QAEAAR11A04M4G but I’m not sure how to compare the versions to know if I need a new firmware.

Next, can I use Qlog to capture output from the device? If so, where can I get a copy and the instructions to use it? The module fails to connect to the 5g network (other devices do).

Also, I want to capture the received signal for DSP analysis specifically for analyzing reflected signals. Is there a way to capture the stream from the module?

Dear @MichaelC

The firmware between RM500Q and RM502Q are different.
You can check the current firmware via AT+QGMR.
Qlog is used to capture module log, it need QXDM to analyze.

How do I get Qlog and QXDM? I couldn’t find them on the website.

And can I get the most recent version of firmware for RM502Q-AE? Thanks!

Dear @MichaelC
QXDM need license from Qualcomm, you can download the installation package from their website.

Please check your current firmware via AT+QGMR.
For the latest firmware and tool, please contact with your provider firstly next time, they have access to get the latest firmware and tool.
Thanks for your understanding.
