RM502Q-AE working for an hour then stopped working

I’m having an issue with my RM502Q-AE. It was working fine, but then stopped and I have no idea what the reason is. Haven’t been able to get it back online in 24 hours. Assuming I was connected to LTE, as it was very weak, and a bit rural of an area.

The RSRP value is -105, the signal is poor. Could yo help to capture log and share to me? Then we can double check. I will sent the tools to you via message, please check.
