RM502Q-AE no GPS lock

I have RM502Q-AE, previously I used to have a GPS lock quickly when I turn on the GNSS and get the position, right now it doesn’t regardless of how I wait and where it’s located, outdoor or indoor, I always get error 516 (not fixed), how to resolve it?

And the same for NMEA, no lock whatsoever…
I even tried GNSS viewer but still no lock

As you know, error 516 means not fixed. so,can you check the CN value from NMEA log

what is the difference between before and now,are they the same module of RM502Q-AE? and which antennas do you use, can you send us a picture?Thanks!
