Hi @Gal_Guttman,

Linux kernel version 4.9.312-125 is rather old and is not the Linux kernel version used by Ubuntu 20.04 (5.4).

Support for RM500Q/USB id 2c7c:0800 was added with
https://lore.kernel.org/stable/20200122092836.708846182@linuxfoundation.org/
https://lore.kernel.org/stable/20200203161923.816526825@linuxfoundation.org/
and should also be available on Ubuntu 20.04 if they are tracking longterm 5.4
kernel updates.

Regards,
Reinhard
