RM502Q-AE "factory test"

I’ve tried dozens of QMI, MBIM, and AT commands, and have had no luck. My RM502Q-AE says it’s in “factory_test” mode
uqmi -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --get-device-operating-mode
“factory_test”

Even after flashing firmware, still in “factory_test” mode.

Any help?
TIA

hi @bsd,with my local test, I have reproduced what you said, but there is no “Even after flashing firmware, still in “factory_test” mode.” You said, you can exit “factory_test” mode through the AT command AT+QFTMMODE=0." (0- online 1-factory_test), can you provide the corresponding execution results

This has been resolved. I bought a used unit, and apparently the former owner updated the firmware via qfirehose -e, erasing calibration data.
A Quectel support technician helped me replace the missing xqcn file.
Incredibly happy with Quectel support. As far as this forum goes? I’m afraid it’s too little, too late.

Hi. How were you able to get hold of a Quectel support technician? Thanks!

Simply followed the link on their web page for support.
