I’ve tried dozens of QMI, MBIM, and AT commands, and have had no luck. My RM502Q-AE says it’s in “factory_test” mode
uqmi -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --get-device-operating-mode
“factory_test”
Even after flashing firmware, still in “factory_test” mode.

(0- online 1-factory_test), can you provide the corresponding execution results
This has been resolved. I bought a used unit, and apparently the former owner updated the firmware via qfirehose -e, erasing calibration data.
A Quectel support technician helped me replace the missing xqcn file.
Incredibly happy with Quectel support. As far as this forum goes? I’m afraid it’s too little, too late.
