RM502Q-AE can't switch sim card with AT+QUIMSLOT=2

Hello, I’m trying to change sim slot but my RM502Q-AE with firmware:

RM502QAEAAR13A04M4G

can’t switch slot:

I’ve also tested AT+CFUN=1,1 after asking AT+QUIMSLOT=2 but gets back to 1

Thanks, do you please have the latest Qfirehose and latest firmware for RM502Q-AE ? Mine is stuck in fastboot and when issuing fastboot boot sdxprairie-boot.img it comes back to fastboot after some time… I want to try to put it in EDL mode and try to flash the full firmware files by making it go back to stock…

Please contact with your provider next time, they have access to get the latest firmware and tool.

I did nothing. I ordere it and it seems that has NAND issue. Fastboot boot sdxprairie-boot.img boots the module correctly. Flashing it doesn’t solve the issue for longer than 3 days before going back to fastboot if the module isn’t attached to power. I would like to send the module back to Quectel for inspection and get a replacement, seems this is an isolated issue of the module itself.
