I’ve now discovered two units of 502Q and one unit of 520N that crash when locking a single band of n41 on T-Mobile USA. This appears to happen when the unit tries to CA the band with LTE bands. I’ve been unsuccessful in getting the 502Q to use n41 SA but I believe this is a tower/network issue not a modem issue.
Why would 100mhz of n41 be crashing these modems? Power to the unit has been fine, have a meter attached. No crazy spikes or dips.
Tower has n41, modem will connect to n41 SA for 20-40mhz but there’s no internet connectivity. Using NSA it picks up 100mhz of n41 and immediately crashes and reboots.

Tried other firmware versions, nothing changes. I’m not the only person experiencing this issue.
