RM500U-CNV – ADB passcode, latest firmware and AT over Ethernet

Hello,

I’m using an RM500U-CNV on a Waveshare 5G M.2 to Gigabit ETH board (RTL8125) as a standalone router (AT+QCFG=“nat”,2, “ethernet”,1, “pcie/mode”,1, “usbnet”,5). It works well: 5G NSA on n78 with LTE B3 as anchor.

Module details:

  • ATI revision: RM500UCNVAAR03A10M2G_01.001.01.001
  • AT+QADBKEY? returns: PCEB03_17_25_24
  • AT+QCFG=“usbcfg” returns: 0x2c7c,0x0900,1,1,1,1,1,0,0

Could you please help with the following?

  1. The ADB passcode for the key above.
  2. The latest firmware for the RM500U-CNV, with release notes, plus the flashing tool and the AT commands manual for this firmware.
  3. Does any RM500U-CNV firmware support sending AT commands over the Ethernet port (like AT+QETH=“eth_at” on the RM50xQ series)? On my firmware, AT+QETH=? only lists “speed”. The board will sit away from any USB host, so AT over Ethernet would let me manage it remotely.
  4. Which position in AT+QCFG=“usbcfg” enables ADB, and which one the USB audio (UAC) interface? With AT+QPCMV=1,0 during a call, one USB serial port outputs several multiplexed 16 kHz PCM streams mixed with trace data, so I’d like to know whether UAC voice is supported on this firmware.

Thank you!

Dear @lmagrone
I have sent to your email, please check.

Thank you very much for the quick help! I received the email with the ADB passcode and the documentation. AT+QCFG=“eth_at” is exactly what I was looking for, and the usbcfg description cleared up the ADB and UAC settings too.

Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
