RM500U-CN under 4G Speed is very low and not registering 5G Australia Telstra

Hello Team

I got this RM500U-CN a few days ago, and I am implementing testing it, it’s all connected but the speed is not ideal, and it’s not registering. even I try to use AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”,NR5G

Cellular provider: Telstra 4G: B1 B3 B7 B8 B28, 5G-NSA: n5, n7, n78( on my phone is using bandwidth n78, so i assume it will work. )

I Tested on my iPhone, 5G is working. sim card is not the issue.

Why did you think it didn’t register successfully? Did you do some dail up or other? Or use speedtest to measure?

I have done some speed tests, and it only got about 20M down, and 20M up, while I take the sim out and test in my phone is about 200+.

Actually, it supports in Australia. Is it possible to capture log? which did you use, Linux or windows?
