I am trying to use the RM500U-CN on my windows PC but unable to find the right drivers.
Can you send me the latest firmware, drivers and flashing utility for RM500U-CN?

How should I check the firmware version?

The device does not show any COM ports on my Windows PC, so I am unable to serial in.
Would I need the driver first?

Try the driver fist.

Thanks, I am now able to see the COM ports and send AT commands.

FW version: RM500UCNAAR02A04M2G_01.001.01.001

However, the modem does not present a network device, with a missing driver on CDC_NCM as shown in image below.

  1. Do I need to configure something on the modem?

  2. Is there an updated FW for my modem?

I will send you the firmware later.
For the CDC NCM, it is because there is NCM driver on Windows, you should set the modem to RNDIS mode and restart the modem.
You can set the modem in RNDIS mode by sending AT cmd
