RM500U-CN 5G dialing issue

Hi ,
I tried to dial using the RM500U-CN module with a 5g sim, but the module is dialing only in the LTE mode.
the firmware version : RM500UCNAAR01A18M2G_01.001.01.001

AT+QENG=“neighbourcell”
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nr5g_band”
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”
