RM500Q stuck in FTM

RM500Q-GL is stuck in FTM
It returns
+CFUN: 5
I don’t have access to any of the FTM commands.
AT+QRFTESTMODE=0
AT+QRFTESTMODE=1
AT+QRFTESTMODE=?
Etc all return ERROR
AT+QRFTESTMODE=0
ERROR
AT+QRFTESTMODE=1
ERROR
AT+QRFTESTMODE=?
ERROR

After a firmware updated under linux，it’s stucked in FTM mode

Any Ideas? This module is unusable now.

Which command did you use to upgrade the firmware?
For the FTM AT commands, it didn’t support AT+QRFTESTMODE, please use the correct AT commands.
I have sent the document of FTM via Message, please check.

Before the update，its in good working order.

Sorry, we didn’t use this way to check. Did you try to use Qfirehose to upgrade again?Please note don’t use firehose -e.

I tried to use the Qflash to update the firmware again, but it still in FTM mode.

Anyway use the adb commands set the module to the 9008 EDL mode? that I can use QXDM tool to fix it.

It means you can contact your device to windows PC, right? And you also have the license of QXDM,right?

yes,thats right.
The module can connect with Windows with port21AT 22DM 23NMEA
and I have the QXDM license…

We have couple of RM500Q-GL Modems.
They came with Firmware: RM500QGLABR11A04M4G
With that the module didn’t work, no connection.
I requested the new firmware in Quectel forum and received the new firmware RM500QGLABR13A02M4G.

On one of the Modems our hardware team successfully flashed new firmware with that we are able to use that modem and it is working.

But when they tried 2nd Modem to flash the firmware, it stuck in FTM mode, and it is not coming out.
Can you please share the AT commands that are specific to RM500Q-GL modem to come out of FTM.
