RM500Q-GLAB not working in the UK

Hello,
I recently tried to use the RM500q-gl module and used the USB adapter board produced by quectel, I read the AT manual, installed the correct driver on the window computer, QCOM works very well, but my two SIM cards vodafone and EE installed in the RM500Q are well identified, but both show no service or to be precise, unregistered.

Hi @Kai_Li
Did the two SIM cards work fine with other device? Please check your antennas.
Please execute the AT commands below:
AT+QENG=“Servingcell”
AT+QENG=“neighbourcell”

Make sure you have correct APN configured for each provider you test.
Please do not use pictures.
