RM500Q-GL module IDs as RM500_VF

Hey !
Im using RM500Q-GL module, tried to flash the module and it got stuck (no comm with the modem)
I can see the modem via lsusb; i can see that the drivers load according to a different RM500Q-GL module i have (thats working perfectly).
I did notice “Product” is different between module - although they are the same.

I’ve tried flashing different versions but no change - still no comm with the modem.

Please advise on how to rescue modem.

Sorry to hear that, different model can’t be upgraded each other,please contact your distributor or local fae to get related firmware,thanks!
