The revision of my chip is RM500QGLABR11A03M4G
Can I also get the latest version of QNavigator for Windows.

QNavigator tool is not applicable to 5G module now,if you want to send AT commands, please use QCOM tool instead.Thanks!

I can download the firmware from above link(RM500QGLABR11A05M4G_01.001.01.001.zip), please check your side and try one more.
The latest firmware is RM500QGLABR13A01M4G_ 01.001.01.001.zip, but it was not released officially. It is recommended that the organization request the official release。。

Unfortunately the module is covered by a heatsink and I don’t have easy access to it.
I was able to get a revised version number out of the module “RM500QGLABR10A02M4G_01.001.01.001”.
Please let me know if you would like me to run some more AT commands to get more info.

Actually, RM500QGLABR10A02M4G_01.001.01.001 is too old, I need to check the PN.
For some module, it is too old and can’t upgrade to the latest.

As checked internally, R10A02 is too old,it can’t upgrade to R11 or R13.
If upgrade, module will occur dump.
Only have RM500QGLABR10A03M4G_01.001.01.001, do you want to upgrade?
