RM500Q-GL installation for ubuntu 16.04

Hello,
I am trying to follow the usb installation guide for 5G for RM500Q-GL on ubuntu 16.04 (Kernel 4.15.0-generic) Where can I download the following please:

    • qmi_wwan driver
    • GobiNet driver
    • usb-serial-option driver

The manual guide I am currently using is: Quectel_LTE5G_Linux_USB_Driver_User_Guide_V2.0
