RM500Q-GL cannot get GPS location

Hello Team,
I want to get GPS values using RM500Q-GL Module.
This is the result of my outdoor test, use active antenna, plug in ANT2

AT+QGPSLOC=?

Is there a way to solve this? Thanks!

Second that. It does not work for me either,
Is there even a user guide available for setting up GPS for RM5XX modules?
Can someone please point me to one?

I’m not using an active antenna - just Panorama PWB-BC3G-38-RSMAP paddle antennas on all four antenna ports.

is there anything new to this issue? Because I seem to have the same error with the RM500Q-GL and I have no idea how to fix it.

+CME ERROR: 516

This report shows that the module can not get a GPS location. The reason may be:

1. If you test indoor, it’s very difficult for the GNSS function to get a fix. Please move to outdoor or test in an open sky environment;
2. The specification of GNSS antenna doesn’t match to the Hardware Design.
