We are urgently looking for the latest firmware for the RM500Q. If somebody can get back to be on this today, that would be great. I have contacted our local Quectel support as well to source this but they haven’t responded yet over the past couple days.

Additionally, is there a recommended way to flash firmware to the device on Linux hosts?
