RM500Q DTX in PUSCH issue and latest firmware/software

Hi community,

I am using Quectel RM500Q to connect a Linux device to a 5G SA network. RM500Q correctly connects to the 5G network, but sometimes I experienced Discontinuous TX (DTX) in uplink.
Did you have some hints on what may be the reason of DTX from RM500Q?
Moreover, I take the opportunity to ask you the latest release of the RM500Q firmware and the latest quectel-cm app. May I have also some documentation about the quectel-cm app and the message format exchanged in the /dev/cdc-wdm0 interface?

After several tests, the Quectel RM500Q stops to transmit PUSCH which is not detected by the gNB.
Could you please give me some suggestions? Is there anybody that has the same problem? Could this issue be related to the Quectel firmware.

Never experienced a forum that does not provide any suggestions. Moreover, I asked for the latest firmware and software and nobody from Quectel replied. I am very disappointed by the support provided by Quectel.
