RM500Q and RM520N pin and AT-command compatibility

Before we consider using the RM520N modems, we’d like to know:

  1. Are the AT-Commands in the Quectel_RG50xQRM5xxQ_Series_AT_Commands_Manual_V1.2 the same for the RM520N?
  2. Can we use existing carrier boards with M.2 connectors that work with the RM500Q also with the RM520N-GL? I.e. are the RM500Q and the RM520N-GL pin-compatible?

If possible, we’d also like to request an updated version of the AT-command manual.
