RM500Q-AE No 5G connection on Bouygues Telecom 20820 with 5G OK SIM

I have a RM500Q-AE with this firmare version:

and Bouygues Telecom SIM card that is able to connect on a 5G network in a smartphone.

When I put it in the RM500, network is limited to LTE, here are some command results :

I tried to change the IMEI of the RM500 to a Galaxy S21 as it may be related to an IMEI check on the operator side.
But it does not help.

Do you have any solution or additional testing to do ?
Could it be related to the active MBN profile “ROW_Commercial” that could limit connection to 5G networks ? maybe we should use “ROW_Generic_3GPP_PTCRB_GCF” ?
Is there a way to get a specific MBN for Bouygues Telecom 5G if it exists ?
How to know if there is a specific MBN to use for a specific operator ?

Small update to say that the NR5G-NSA is working as “excepted”.

At start of the modem the AT+COPS / AT+CREG / AT+CEREG display the network 20820 with the 13 AcT (13
E-UTRAN-NR dual connectivity) and then it turns to 7 (E-UTRAN) which could be normal (probably decided by the network to keep NR when necessary).

As soon as there is a data layer connected and some data trafic (speedtest for example) the EN-DC session starts and the NR connection is displayed in the AT+QENG=”servingcell” as expected (2 values one for LTE and one NR5G-NSA).

Then some seconds after the NR connection disappear.

Is there a way to now that we are able to do NR5G-NSA just like an Android or iPhone will do ? They are able to distinct plain LTE connectivity and LTE with NR5G-NSA possibility to display LTE or 5G on phone.

Another test with a Free (20815) SIM card with 5G SA capability proves that it was working on the same module. So the issue seems to be related to a reject from the Bouygues network to connect directly in 5G.

How can we investigate more on this case ?

If have data transmission, it will have 5G, right?
The core triggering logic of NSA (Non-Standalone) is: 4G serves as the ‘permanent base camp’, while 5G acts as the ‘on-demand activated high-speed lane’.
I am not sure whether Bouygues network support SA.
