Can I please have a copy of the full instructions and documentation for the “RGMII_AT_Client” for use on Linux OS?

I’m in need to access my Quectel RM520 via ethernet, and send test AT Commands. I have gotten the “RGMII_AT_Client” to work on Linux, but I need further instructions. Thank you
