the modem firmware update was interrupted and did not complete, and the firmware is now corrupted.
the LTE interface does not detect the SIM, AT commands get no response, and the usual MikroTik firmware-upgrade command does not fix it.
If this has to be handled through a distributor or a support ticket instead of the forum, please tell me which one.

I also contacted MikroTik. They told me to send the device back for repair, but that process takes 4 months.
The router is installed in a remote area where it is the only connection, and the site needs connectivity, so I cannot wait for a return.
