Hi i have a chateau r17 ax after updating 7.22 router os lte interface taged with red modem failed and at command didnt work i try downgrade os to 7.19.6 with netinstall but no change pls help

The problem is with the modem firmware. How can I download the firmware؟ RG650E-EU

Thanks for your reply. The firmware is not being displayed, and the device is in modem field mode and inactive.
