RG520N-EB flashed with wrong baseline firmware, plz help me

Hello,
Recently, I have tried to upgrade my module firmware using qfirehose V1.4.5.3 (from R01A03 to R03A04), but it seems that the baseline is different, causing errors (+CFUN:7). Now I would like to request the factory firmware to save it. My previous firmware version was RG520NEBDCR01A03M4G and IMEI is 864088060003746. I’d appreciate some help.

We don’t have license to release factory firmware. It seems the QCN was lost.
Your Qfirehose version is old.
You can contact with your provider to restore.

In this case, please contact the salesperson for repair as much as possible, and do not miss the warranty period.
CFUN 7 cannot be repaired by reflashing the firmware.
