RG520F EU " Mikrotik 5G R16" only support 4*4 at lowbands?

Mikrotik says that their 5G R16 ( RG520F-EU ) supports 4x4 mimo at lowbands such as B8, B20, B28 and n28 and only 2x2 mimo at B3, B8, n78?

Is it true?

Actually, for router, it depends on router manufacture.
