I have RG502Q-EA with the latest software (Revision: RG502QEAAAR11A07M4G). The modem does not see the network, it gives CFUN=7. Does anyone know the reason for this behavior?

Is it possible to backup some files via USB port for checking?
The module is built into the NR7101. The modem claims it is offline and cannot be switched to online.

It is better to contact with manufacture to solve it.
Or your device have USB port and backup some file to confirm.
