RG501Q-EU +QCAINFO scell_state

Hello,
I type the command +QCAINFO and get this response:

+QCAINFO: "PCC",1300,100,"LTE BAND 3",1,503,-74,-8,-47,21
+QCAINFO: "SCC",500,100,"LTE BAND 1",2,503,-76,-7,-49,27,0,-,-
+QCAINFO: "SCC",1450,50,"LTE BAND 3",4,503,-73,-7,-50,23,0,-,-
+QCAINFO: "SCC",6300,50,"LTE BAND 20",1,503,-72,-9,-54,18,0,-,-

OK

What does the number 4 under <scell_state> mean?

I have an AT manual from 2020 and it doesn’t have that number.
{67617324-0820-4D97-B70D-A08B0B02CADF}

The modem FW is RG501QEUAAR12A11M4G_04.200.04.200
Can you also send me the new AT manual for this modem?

Thanks!

Does this also apply to secondary cells (<scell_state>)?

Thanks!

I think is generic, I did not find SCC status description
