my RG501Q-EU module is in the TRB500 - Industrial 5G Gateway and there is only firmware provided for the gateway by Teltonika but not for the 5G module.

same on my side. The device is a TRB500 from Teltonika. They don’t offer modem firmware updated files on their website.
My current firmware version is RG501QEUAAR12A10M4G_04.200.04.200
Could you please send me the latest one?
