I have a quectel rg500q-ea lga modem from my telstra arcadyan aw1000. I am having issue with getting 5g nsa and ipv6 to work with my telco provider xox which is an mvno where their backbone is actually using celcomdigi’s infrastructure. My theory is that the modem firmware version is too old which is RG500QEAAAR11A06M4G_01.001.01.001 that was released back in 2021. Currently, the module is using row_commercial mbn profile. There is no mbn profile for my country (malaysia). I only see australia, china etc. Please see below for more information. I have provided at command output. As you can see, i have enabled ipv4v6 pdp profile and enabled all 5g band but i cannot get any 5g signal or ipv6. Please help.
