RG500Q Wifi Issue

Hello,

We are currently using the RG500Q-EA with the FG50V and have encountered an issue while attempting to connect to Wi-Fi. Although the device shows that it is connected, we are unable to access the internet or any data.

We are using current Firmware : RG500QEAAAR11A02M4G_OCPU_01.001.01.001

Have you connected with the SIM card and make sure that both the cellular and wfi antenna are connected?
