i had been working long time to solve EN-DC mode disable , but it dont work

any suggestion how to solve ?

RG500QEAAAR11A07M4G_ACY is a customized firmware, it is recommended to contact your provider and check if they have any seeting.

can RG500QEAAAR11A07M4G_ACY flash with other firmware by UART ?

I am not sure if the customized firmware had modified some feature, so I can’t share other firmware to you for upgrade.Thanks for your understanding.
For the ENDC, please check the combinations in your region. Then you can check wheter module support these.
