RG500Q-EA 5G network support verification

Dear All,
I’m working on an RG500Q-EA sample, and I wish to understand the if the infrastructure around me supports it or not as I always get LTE indication from the module, maybe a mis-config on my side.
I’m able to connect and run traffic via Windows network manager with an LTE indication only.

Currently on AT commands -
AT+COPS - all networks shown in list end with which is 7 (E-UTRAN) and below.
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”, LTE will work but
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”, NR5G gives “no service” in Windows view.

I think AT +QENG=“servingcell” showed +QENG: “NR5G-NSA” at a time. does this imply infrastructure supports it but in a mis-config ?

please see this thread RM500Q-GL 5G-NR Behaviour on why AT+QENG=“servingcell” may only contain +QENG: “NR5G-NSA” at certain points in time.
