I need new download agent files to restore my device. I just need to restore it because I messed up editing the NV files. Can someone help. Nobody is trying to help here in this forum. Even the quectel’s not helping at all.

Please contact your device vendor. All of RG500L based products are developed by our customer. Quectel has no their firmware.
