RG255 connection issue

Hello,

I have an RG255GL modem, which I connected to a private network. I noticed the UE struggled to send a ping most of the time. When I checked with AT+QENG=“SERVINGCELL”, I found the following.

When I found this, the UE worked fine without any issue.

After a few minutes, I see the ping is delayed or lost. and I found the following

Could you please check this issue with me? Is it from the firmware?
