Resume capability for downloads of Quectel servers

Hi Web team,

This is a feature request for your download servers. Please allow multiple connections and resumeable download for your files.

The downloads keep failing due to timeouts and one cannot resume from where it stopped. For example if you use Internet Download Manager (IDM), which can resume downloads or any other download manager.

Secondly, your servers are serving just 20-30kbps / Second. Can you increase your serving bandwidth ? Cause downloading the GCC_Compiler_Setup (~100MB) file is taking almost 40-50 minutes and also timedout several times.
