Restart after PowerDown

Hi guys,
i am trying to power down my BG96 module but after successfull power down it restart after a few seconds unwanted automatically.
The same happens when i use the sleep command AT+QSCLK=1 or with the command AT+CPSMS=1,“00001100”,“00001100”.
I use a BG96 mini PCIE module drive with a extern host over AT Commands.
DTR,PERST, W_Disable and are not conneted to the host uC…

What is the reason for this restart?

Hi,

What’s [COM24] [COM7] means in you log?

Hi,
i use the “Docklight RS232 Software” and sniffer direct (over hardware) on the rx and tx line. The tool shows the used com ports on the PC.
[COM24] sniffer line: Host → BG96
[COM7] sniffer line: BG96 → Host

Additional info :
All other functions works well (TLS,MQTT…) only to to switch off or set to sleep don’t work (power down and restart…)

@Linkin-Q can you help? Some ideas? Thanks

Hi,

Sorry for the late response.
Do you have any other module? Or only this module has this problem?
As you said, the module works good when psm or sleep disabled right?

Hi Linkin-Q,
i have two mini PCIE modules. Both with the same effect…
That’s correct my MQTT applikation works well only to go in a sleep state don’t work (see above).
I have also test the modules with a “USB to miniPCIe Adaptor Card” and the Quectel tool “QCOM1.6”. Same effect.at psm and sleep call.
