After extensive R&D work with EG25-G and flashing different firmware revisions. We experience different behavior in compare to factory EG25-G with the same firmware. As we see some settings are preserved after flashing other firmware version. Is there a way to reset all NV settings to known good factory state?
I upgraded successfully the firmware version to the EG25GGBR07A08M2G_30.007.30.007 and I lost the
“urc/ri/ring”
“urc/ri/smsincoming”
behavior for incoming calls and sms, which are critical to my application.
I tried setting them up again with the corresponding commands but it didn’t work.
I hope someone from the quectel team can jump and help.
