I have an RM500K-CN, but its firmware is unusable. I reflashed the module, but another error occurred because of a file issue.The auth file is missing, and the module is now stuck in a reboot loop. Could you please provide me with the original factory firmware or the latest firmware version? Also, please provide the QCN file.Thank you.
