I keep losing connection like every couple of hours. If I reboot router connection comes right back. I have a very good 4g signal. The router is an newly purchase WiFix NEXPRO V2 from wireless haven.

For upgrade tool, it can use Qflash for windows, but I am not sure if it works on your router.
It is better to contact with router manufacture and check how to upgrade the firmware.
