Request: Official RM520N‑GL A04 Ethernet Firmware (RM520NGLAAR03A04M4G_01.202.xx / 01.204.xx)

Hello Quectel Support Team,

I would like to request the official Ethernet‑enabled A04 firmware package for the RM520N‑GL module.

My current firmware version:

Code RM520NGLAAR03A04M4G_01.204.01.204

My hardware setup:

  • RM520N‑GL module

  • PCIe → Ethernet adapter

  • Ethernet interface detected, link is up

    Able to ping 192.168.225.1

Reason for request:

My current firmware appears to include only partial Ethernet support (driver loads successfully), but the following AT commands return ERROR:

Code

AT+QETH?
AT+QETH="eth_mode","router"
AT+QETH="dhcp","enable"
AT+QETH="route","enable

However, these commands should be available in the full A04 Ethernet firmware

What I need:
Please provide the full official A04 Ethernet firmware package, including:

contents.xml

prog_firehose_ddr.elf

rawprogram0.xml

patch0.xml

All required partition images

I need the version that includes:

Full QETH subsystem
Ethernet routing
DHCP server
NAT
QMAP-over-Ethernet
PCIe Ethernet mode support

Purpose:
I am testing RM520N‑GL in PCIe Ethernet mode and need the complete Ethernet feature set for proper WAN operation.

I have sent the latest firmware to you.
What is the type of your ethernet? Is it RTL8125?
If yes, please follow the steps to try in this topic.

my ethernet chip is RTL8125bg, i am trying to make the modem work in standalone mode like a router ,to make the connection work with any device that have ethernet withoand the same time fix the TTL =64
