Hi Quectel Support,
We use an LC29H(BA) module in our project. Its current firmware version is LC29HBANR11A06S_CSA4. We need to read the raw data from the module’s built-in IMU (accelerometer / gyroscope) for device-movement and tamper detection.
After power-on, the module outputs $PQTMIMUTYPE,1,1 normally (confirming the IMU is an LSM6DSR), and $PQTMDRCAL can also be enabled. However, when we send $PQTMCFGEINSMSG to enable $PQTMIMU raw-data output, it consistently returns $PQTMCFGEINSMSG,ERROR,3. The documentation indicates this feature requires the “two-wheel” / DR firmware version.
Could you please provide firmware that supports $PQTMIMU raw IMU-data output, together with the upgrade instructions? We can upgrade over UART.
We are on a tight schedule, so we would greatly appreciate it if this could be provided as soon as possible.
Thank you!
