Dear Quectel Support Team,
I am writing to request the latest official firmware update for my Quectel RM500Q-AE 5G module, which is installed inside a Xunison Exigo D50 router.
Currently, my module is running on an older firmware version: RM500QAEAAR13A03M4G.
I am experiencing severe packet network registration issues (the module stuck in PS: Detached status) with my local mobile network operator (Orange Poland). Technical analysis indicates that this is a known issue related to the IPv6/PDP handling on the R13A03 revision, which has been resolved in newer firmware releases.
Could you please provide the download link for the latest stable firmware package (along with the release notes if available)?
