Request for the latest EC200A-EU firmware and AT command documentation

I would like to request the latest firmware for my EC200A-EU modem.

Current firmware:

  • EC200AEUHAR01A30M16

Could you please provide:

  1. The latest firmware available for the EC200A-EU.

  2. The corresponding Release Notes / Changelog.

  3. The latest AT Commands Manual for the EC200A series.

Hi, I am facing an issue with one of the EC200A-EU that it is not reporting the serial number, I have two of them, one is reporting but another is not

AT+CGMR for both : AT+CGMR
EC200AEUHAR01A30M16

Modem2 has no serial stored in the module, so there is nothing to read back with either command.

Just wanted to confirm if this is an exception or a norm that serial number will not be listed? or any other specific command?

Please provide the IMEI of modem2 via AT+CGSN command.
